转笔(Pen Spinning)是一项用不同的方法与技巧,以手指来转动笔的休闲活动。

3 S% {$ G" |& g, x1 e' w# [8 {2 S转笔被分类为一个xhandgame运动的分支。这运动的世界发展中,同类项目还有悠悠球、蝴蝶刀、zippo、XCM、堆积运动等。它普及程度的快速增长很可能是源于它的方便,因为只要有一支笔,不管什么地方都可以转笔。世界上很多地方的学生都爱好转笔。

截至目前为止,转笔的招式不少于1000款,单一招式通常都较短。最容易的招式可以于几个小时内就学懂,而比较复杂的招式则需时几个月才可学会。将几个独立的招式串连成为一连串的招式,可以使得动作更加美观,这也是众多转笔手梦寐以求的东西。$ ]" n5 t4 A8 B- a$ M. `. [

最简单的是用中指推笔,是笔在大拇指上逆时针转(thumb around) 现在转笔的招式已经非常多了。常见的有:
