是次比赛只接受团队报名，不接受个人报名。
此小组赛是国际小组转笔赛事，与世界赛类似，但你不需要代表一个转笔组织（虽然也可以）来参赛，你的技术也不必是世界一流的。比赛目的在于决出一个全方位优胜的小组。
& @2 N+ ]7 F' C# i3 R比赛将于7月开始，于8月或9月结束，根据报名参赛小组数目的多少决定。
比赛流程和规则与2012世界赛类似。

1.能组成5人小组
$ ?6 G7 g; X9 g2.组长英语要好（可由组员兼任）
( G3 k3 p! o# Q) B$ {9 R/ Z! C9 S3.能提交每个参赛组员各自的视频
$ b% `+ m4 u5 J7 t( q; ?8 b6 |" p4.如果参赛小组太多则分两批进行比赛

参赛小组不需要在报名阶段就排好参赛次序，只需在比赛正式开始前准备好。
& n) l3 W3 F# B裁判名单已确定，为避免指责先保密。这里跟2012世界赛不同，不需要另外提供裁判。

报名截止日期是7月10日（可能有变）。

: N! j# B4 _% h6 I原文：The Team Tournament is an international team pen spinning tournament, very similar to the World Cup except you do not have to represent a community(although you can) nor do you have to be a world-class spinner. The goal of the tournament is to determine the team who excels the most in all aspects of pen spinning.

The tournament will begin in July and finish in August or September. The length of the tournament will depend on the number of teams registered.

The format and rules will be similar to WC2012.

Requirements:

- Be able to assemble a team of 5 spinners
! h3 L5 \* o; X- Z) n- Have a manager who is good at English (can be part of team)
6 }! y8 p* {2 B; v; W2 `+ F- Be able to provide the organizers with videos of every single spinner in the team involved.
6 T" b$ v$ u# O% P& `1 o1 Z-Teams will be divided in two sections if a large number of teams decide to partake.

You do not have to form your team during registration. Final lineup is only submitted right before tournament begins.
