此小组赛是国际小组转笔赛事，与世界赛类似，但你不需要代表一个转笔组织（虽然也可以）来参赛，你的技术也不必是世界一流的。比赛目的在于决出一个全方位优胜的小组。

参赛小组不需要在报名阶段就排好参赛次序，只需在比赛正式开始前准备好。* C0 ~( \7 C: ?: H
裁判名单已确定，为避免指责先保密。这里跟2012世界赛不同，不需要另外提供裁判。
