The past 2 days I've been trying to figure out how this will work.

Also the fact that there seems to be a decline of participation both from judges and from spinners and due to the fact that 4 judges have not even contacted me and finding new judges is a pain and a time consumer.

I am sorry for those who realy put an effort into this and in R1 it realy seemed very well!1 {0 t7 _" N" X' i; f: C
Also I have some blame, with the army coming soon I will have less time to offer here on UPSB.0 t6 d& H" B+ d* z$ B& n
Again- I Am sorry for those who realy put a realy big effort in this tournament, but due to unforeseen (or rather hoped they won't come) circumstances this tournament is now officially closed.
